Or we could set the address of the reality.eth contract itself, we know that won’t arbitrate and that way we’re safe against somebody making a network where 0xff…ff has some special meaning.
Why not set a third entity to be the arbitrator, as Auryn suggested on 3 May? Do you feel that the matter would need to be discussed more and that it is therefore better to pass this now and take the question up later?

Yeah, I think that this is something that would warrant its own discussion and another proposal.

OK, I put in some UI handling for the “no arbitration” case represented by using the reality.eth contract address as arbitrator, it’ll offer it as an arbitration option when you create a question and show a not-too-alarming message when you look at the question.
This is live on our github.io site, I’ll push it out to reality.eth next week.
