As stated in our previous comment, we see the allocation of one seat to a representative of the DAO as a trailblazing design choice, and a great opportunity to showcase best practices in DAO oversight of funded projects and entities like Seldon. We hope to help prove that this is an effective design.
With that in mind – and assuming that GIP-129 passes in its current form – we will be very happy to hear all comments, questions and concerns that DAO members may have, and to either provide answers directly or raise with Seldon for response as appropriate.
