As an improvement procedure for communication I like to suggest to have a snapshot vote on all GIPs prior to implementation with a dedicated timeline if applicable. If we do this it’s enough to follow the snapshot votes to get aware of the most important changes. Imho most interested ppl will follow this while the preference of other communication channels like twitter,forums,discords,telegram, email and so on is more heterogenous and it seems hard to make sure that the info is spread in every channel.
