I figured it out, after winning a proposition I had more ether in my account. I was able to make a withdrawal of everything less 0.18 ether. it seems strange that my account now shows 0.18 balance, if that was the amount needed in gas I would think my balance would read zero. maybe that is the amount set aside as the maximum gas for the transfer? not sure, but I was able to make my withdrawal. thanks.
This! Currently the transactions created in the Gnosis DAPP all have a gas limit of 3,000,000 (because for some transactions we indeed have been close to reaching it). However for a simple cashout you only need 21,000. This is not optimal - we should detect that a cashout transaction will cost less and set it directly to 21,000 and it would also be nice to just have an option - withdrawl all. But we are just getting started. We will get better every version.
