Reasoning: We’re broadly supportive of the scope of work outlined by Gnosis Guild, and feel that they are the right team to deliver here. We provided some feedback on how the fee structure could be altered to allow more flexibility, and how to avoid duplication across mandates. Though not all proposed changes were accepted, we did appreciate the negotiation over initial pricing and feel that the price is not wholly unreasonable. With that said, quite a bit of value will need to be demonstrated to justify the price tag in our eyes, and we will monitor performance closely.

Reasoning: We reviewed the performance of Nethermind under its previous engagement and were very happy with the progress and scope of work undertaken. We felt the pricing and increase mechanism were very reasonable in consideration of the work performance. We left positive feedback in the discussions.
