I go by the name of 0xR-Baker. I am the lead UI/UX designer of the Bread Cooperative we are deployed on the Gnosis chain.

I also contribute to Gnosis by having a node in the network to achieve credible neutrality.

We are seeking to become active delegates within the GnosisDAO

The main principles I judge GIP’s with:

• Integrity - leading principle, I aim to be a transparent, accountable, and honest delegate.
• Transparency - I value and practice transparency as I believe its a cornerstone in achieving good governance.
• Accountability - This little word here is quite hidden in our current industry and I believe that within every project or proposal, this needs to be actively explained.
• Honesty - Its the only ingredient to create trustless communities
• Necessity (within the context of the gnosis ecosystem and the overarching web3 space)
• Decentralization - Hard times create strong decentralization. Strong decentralization creates good times. Good times create centralization, And, Centralization creates hard times.
