tldr; basically, financing open source software through the sales of plugins, extensions, apps. All contributors are scanned through the dependency graph. Allocate the vote accordingly and redistribute the revenue through it too. Swap Fiat for EURe and put it into Circles I guess. Or swap it for CRC, idk. Something along those lines. But make it a platform where easily code is pulled from Github, Gitlab etc. and just ready to use CI/CD pipelines for common things. Make it easy to just pull any project, build and distribute it. Contributors have profiles for their address to distribute and vote with. idk could be fun. Attacking it from the distribution side.
