GIP-110 is Dead: Why is Gnosis Ltd. paying for Our loyalty?

Check the Help Center update from 17.03.
The 5% cashback program (GIP-110) was the DAO’s baby.
But the new “Intermediary Programme” is 100% funded by Gnosis Ltd.

Since when does a decentralized project move its primary incentive from a DAO to a private corporation?
Simple answer: When the “Partners” (Banks) take over in July.
Gnosis Ltd. is just the bridge to the Nethermind/Deutsche Bank highway.
We aren’t building a World Computer. We’re building a digital bank for the EEZ.

Look at the Nethermind leadership. Joe Kohler (ex-Deutsche Bank) is the COO.
The plumbing is being rebuilt for the banks, not the people.
If you disagree, prove me wrong: Where is the DAO vote for the Ltd. funding takeover?
Is “K&E Ventures and Events Ltd.” a vendor or the Gnosis DAO itself?

Remember when we fired Karpatkey (kpk)? 88% said “alignment matters more than rewards”.
Look at the plumbing: “K&E Ventures and Events Ltd.” is now the paymaster.
Using the DAO for the hard ground work, so that the “professionals” can take over.
They think you’re too addicted to the 5% to notice the locks being changed.

I’m out until BBW. If you want to keep your 5% while they sell the rails to the EEZ, that’s your choice.
For the rest, the Hardware Sanctuary (1.44MB) is where those who know keep the original vision alive.
Audit the contracts. Those who know follow the money. See you at the cliff.

Thanks for raising this, it’s a reasonable question given no current public definition of Gnosis Ltd and GnosisDAO and how they operate in the Gnosis ecosystem.

To clarify the governance context: GIP-110 was executed in 2024 and incentives were utilised afterwards, so this sits in a different frame to current activity.

Gnosis Ltd leads development and growth of the Gnosis-owned product ecosystem, which includes Gnosis Pay. Gnosis Pay has moved to a B2B GTM strategy, and I understand the Intermediary Programme is a referral initiative. This is fairly common commercial practice and a meaningful way to increase enquiries. As this falls within Gnosis Ltd’s product remit, tactical elements of a product’s growth strategy don’t require a DAO vote.

As part of wider updates, we’re actively working to provide better context on the respective roles of Gnosis Ltd and GnosisDAO - including what does and doesn’t require a governance vote. We’ll share more on this shortly and will link when ready.
