The cashback program is a nice incentive but I would use the GnosisPay card even without it. To be able to on/offramp without any fees and no fees when paying in foreign currencies while having all my funds on a non-custodial wallet is already reason enough to keep using it.
We see the program as overall successful. It supported Gnosis Payâs growth, increased GNO holding, and brought new activity to the chain. It makes sense to continue and avoid losing momentum while competitors move fast. Still, better management is advised.
Looks like it is âyesâ, what is the implementation timeline?
Seems like a great idea to me.
I am voting in favour of the extension with the understanding this is an interim solution.
Cashback farmers voting for cashback to continue.
Couple of whales will decide this anyway.
Stefan voted yes so he wants to continue
sure, but more important seems his post here: GIP - 127: Should GnosisDAO reimburse liquidity providers in the Balancer EURe/sDAI pool for lost opportunity caused by the issue reported by NolanV? - #15 by StefanGeorge
hopefully it will lead to more in time communication about important topics here.
Itâs crucial. GnosisPay must be more transparent and share information publicly because GnosisDAO is covering the costs. The GnosisPay operation costs $8M yearly (GIP-128), and GnosisPay shouldnât be a black box since the GIP-128 was executed.
Again waiting for last minute to drop a cashback proposal that we all know will be accepted (if no cashback no future for GP) as gno whales can approve it or notâŚ
Even as a person who is profiting from the cashback program, this just feels wrong.
So you got the extension. The extension pool is almost empty, and no new proposal has been posted yet?
What did I miss?
