Hey folks – I’m an individual contributor who has been active in and around Gnosis since 2021. Ive been a validator since the first few months of the Gnosis Beacon Chain and a continuous buyer of GNO. Most importantly for my application here, I am 100% unaffiliated with any Gnosis product teams. I’ve always brought an outsiders opinion to this forum, even when it was in direct opposition to Gnosis core team. My goals, should I be selected as a delegate, will be to push forward those GIPs that will expand Gnosis Chain, carefully steward and use the DAO Treasury, and increase Ethereum alignment. Take a look back at my efforts to get the Gnosis DAO to diversify our stETH holdings for proof of my ability to force the difficult conversations. Long term, I have absolute belief and respect for the Gnosis teams and Karpatkey. I keep buying GNO because I believe in them. That said, I promise to be vocal in supporting GNO holders who are unaffiliated with the core team.

Nomination Statement

As someone who has already contributed considerably to the development of the Gnosis ecosystem, and as someone who has always tried to be the voice of the community, my main motivation as a delegate will be to encourage transparency, promote a positive-sum approach, and ask for better accountability. I am committed to not withhold myself from voicing concerns around proposals that do not fit into the core values of Gnosis (most importantly around credible neutrality, community ownership, and censorship resistance). I believe the intrinsic value of blockchains is in their ability to enable everyone in the world to participate in any interaction with other peers without the restriction of any arbitrary authority or any middleman. Let us make GC cypherpunk again.

We are a new DAO service company that aims to deliver value-aligned and committed service to a handful of DAOs which ignite our passion. Though new to the Gnosis DAO, we hope that a fresh face, with some bold ambition and a background of novel experience will provide material value to the DAO’s governance, and prove an effective delegate that’s worthy of your votes.

In particular, Staworth looks to bring an experienced set of eyes on issues around legal risk, liability and regulatory compliance. We deliver value through detailed review and investigation of the circumstances of governance, and aim to take a lead on issues that touch on legal risk to help safely navigate the DAO through these difficult areas.

gm, this is Max. I have been involved in crypto since late 2017, and in the last 3 years I have led the ecosystem expansion at Everclear (prev. Connext) - supporting it to reach $1B in TVL, and partnership with the biggest projects. I am also a top 20 delegate in the ArbitrumDAO.

I am a builder.
With hands-on experience in what entrepreneurs, developers, and creatives need to build successful onchain infrastructure and apps, I aim to bring long-term value to the Gnosis ecosystem.

I’ve been a long-time fan of Gnosis (and a heavy user of the previous xDAI chain). I collaborate with the Gnosis Guild team and use all the products within the Gnosis constellation. Gnosis has high potential and impact with a clear mission in the crypto space.

I want to contribute to its success from a non-political perspective. I’m not focused on governance processes but on attracting builders and unique use cases to complement Gnosis services. As a delegate, I want to ensure we steer the DAO towards enabling the most fertile ecosystem.

Arana Digital Delegate Program Application

We are a governance group composed of ex-Michigan Blockchain members. Our team is currently made up of five individuals, all of which are deeply steeped in the crypto space and have multiple years of participation in protocol governance. With delegation history for DEXs, money markets, L2s, liquid staking protocols, and stablecoins, we’re acclimated with a breadth of sectors. We bring a diversity of experience to DAOs–our members have consulted for companies like Immutable and dYdX, worked at crypto investment and trading firms, set up various validator nodes, and run educational events for university students.

Our team has been familiar with the ongoings Gnosis and are impressed with how it differentiates itself from other crypto entities. We started looking more closely into Gnosis Chain in particular when evaluating a proposal to deploy Uni v3 on Gnosis Chain about a year ago. Ever since, we’ve followed the development of the DAO, in particular its uniqueness when it comes to managing a diversified portfolio of various assets–not just in terms of cryptocurrencies but also in venture. Arana’s investment arm has also followed projects associated with Gnosis like Autonolas and are intrigued by how other projects will follow in the future. We hope to contribute to the ecosystem as best as we can from the standpoint of a delegate, just as we have for multiple other DAOs.

For over three years, our team’s modular tooling and needs-driven development have secured and operationalized the GnosisDAO’s governance and treasury asset management. These include: Zodiac Reality Module for decentralized Snapshot governance; Zodiac Roles and bespoke tooling for karpatkey’s non-custodial asset management; custom strategies for delegation; token locking and distribution systems for CoW and Safe; and support and development for other GnosisDAO initiatives like Hashi and Gnosis Pay.

Breadchain Cooperative is a network of cooperative projects building the infrastructure for post-capitalist institutions. The Breadchain Cooperative builds Solidarity Primitives - development tools which help to forge solidarity between individuals and collectives. The first solidarity primitive created by the Breadchain Cooperative is the BREAD community token found on the Bread Crowdstaking Application built on top of Gnosis Chain. The primary infrastructure being built at Breadchain is to ask ourselves what if progressives had their own community currency and credit union? Where would we decide to put resources towards to build a post-capitalist political economy?

Breadchain Cooperative is with Gnosis for the long haul. We chose to move to Gnosis Chain after assessing it as the best ecosystem for us to build a future for our on-chain infrastructure. I’m thewanderingeditor, steward of the HOPR DAO, Member of the HOPR Association team since its founding and founder of Lexicon Governance. I am applying to the role of GnosisDAO delegate to represent the interests of the almost 500 node runners in the HOPR network, a decentralized mixnet which has been operating on Gnosis Chain for almost three years.

In addition to active participation in GnosisDAO in accordance with the delegate specifications, I will work to collect and represent the opinions and interests of the HOPR node runner, initially via the HOPR forum and later via bespoke tooling created for this purpose by Lexicon Governance.

Currently, Karpatkey and StableLab are figuring out some technical issues with the Snapshot sub-space, once these issues are resolved the selection process through Snapshot will take place, apologies for the delay.
