We are excited to submit our application to become delegates of GnosisDAO. Since its
inception, Gnosis has become a key player in the Ethereum infrastructure. Stake Capital, as a validator since February 2022, shares this vision of transparent and inclusive governance. Our goal is to actively contribute to the growth and success of GnosisDAO.

With our rich experience and strong commitment to DeFi, Stake Capital is well-positioned to play a crucial role within GnosisDAO. We are impressed by the transparent and collaborative approach in managing the ecosystem. The ability to innovate and adapt to the ecosystem’s needs makes Gnosis a leader in blockchain infrastructure.
Since 2015, we have seen the positive impact of Gnosis products on the Ethereum ecosystem. In 2018, Julien Bouteloup used Gnosis for one of his companies, Flyingcarpet Network and since February 2022, as a validator, we have demonstrated our ability to support and significantly contribute to the Gnosis ecosystem.
Our position in various DeFi protocols can help develop strategies to increase the yields of the DAO’s treasury. With our portfolio, we can establish connections with emerging projects that could bring additional value to the Gnosis ecosystem.

Funding projects within the ecosystem : Assisting fundraising efforts for teams within the Gnosis ecosystem to foster growth and innovation.

Through this application, our entire team expresses its desire to support the DAO in various areas such as DeFi, investment, business, marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources.
Commitments and Conflict of Interest
We commit to fully meeting GnosisDAO’s expectations for delegates. We will increase our participation to at least 70% in all DAO votes, ensuring that decisions reflect the community’s interests. Additionally, we will maintain a 100% communication record, clearly and systematically explaining our voting decisions on our delegate platform, ensuring transparency and trust within GnosisDAO.
We have read and understood the process and expectations for this delegate program and wish to be included on the ballot for nomination. This request meets the eligibility criteria.
