This is not something that any of us have tested a, as far as I know. However, if the question is about depositing funds into your CEX account - like Kraken - and they have provided you with a dedicated Ethereum address where they monitor for your deposits, then I am pretty sure this would be fine (since their monitoring system doesn’t care how the funds got there).
