Executive Summary

A discussion on implementing Narrative-driven UX for wallet security (Saturnus Wallet) and RWA Data Infrastructure (EGGPLAN) to strengthen Gnosis’s position as a “Daily Financial Hub” in the Southeast Asian market.

Motivation

As an Architecture & Narrative Conceptual based in Indonesia, I’ve observed a gap between Gnosis Chain’s technical sophistication and the on-ground user experience. To achieve mass adoption, we must make security intuitive and bring RWA to the real economy.

Proposed Concepts

  • Saturnus Wallet (UX/Security): A “Narrative Layer” concept that translates complex smart contract interactions into human-readable language.
  • EGGPLAN (RWA): Data infrastructure for poultry farm micro-economies in APAC, connecting on-chain logic with physical assets.

Questions for the Community

  1. Does the community believe that integrating a “Narrative Layer” into the Gnosis App could reduce the churn rate in APAC?
  2. What are the views on micro-economy-based RWA projects like EGGPLAN?
  3. Are there opportunities for collaboration to test these prototypes?

Update: Simplified MVP Prototype

Following the earlier discussion, I created a simplified MVP prototype to better illustrate how Eggplan could function as a real-world coordination layer on top of the Gnosis ecosystem.

The current prototype focuses on four minimal steps:

  1. Farm Identity Setup
  2. Asset / Production Registration
  3. Daily Production Logging
  4. Coordination Access

Update: “The Biological Constant” Technical Blueprint & Visual Framework

Following the feedback regarding Gnosis 3.0 as a “Logic Layer,” I am refining the EGGPLAN roadmap to align deeply with the Gnosis stack.

I’m excited to share the visual identity for our core concept: The Biological Constant.

By positioning xDAI/USDS as a stable measurement for off-chain production costs, we create a non-volatile environment crucial for AI Agent predictability.

Here is the structured architecture for the EGGPLAN “Human-in-the-loop” Data Flow:

  1. Data Input & Identity (ERC-8004 alignment):
    IoT sensors (poultry health, feed inventory) and manual logs are submitted through the farmer’s Digital Passport, verifying physical asset integrity.

  2. Logic Layer (AI Agent Coordination):
    Autonomous agents process production data, detecting anomalies and calculating operational symmetry using xDAI as the Biological Constant.

  3. Transaction Request & Human Approval (Gnosis Safe):
    When operational needs are detected (e.g., low feed), the AI generates a Gnosis Safe transaction. The Human Owner reviews and approves via the multi-sig interface—ensuring human accountability over execution.

  4. Settlement & Value Capture (Gnosis Pay & Story Protocol):
    Funds are settled via Gnosis Pay to verified vendors. Production data recipes (breeding logs) are collated for IP registration, creating generative data infrastructure.

:memo: Technical Update: Phase 1 Implementation of EGGPLAN RWA Infrastructure on Gnosis Chiado

Hi Gnosis Community,

Following up on my previous points regarding Narrative UX and RWA Data Infrastructure, I’m excited to share a successful technical Proof of Concept (PoC) that I’ve just completed as part of “The Great Nine” project series.

To accelerate Gnosis 3.0 adoption in APAC, we need tangible examples of how on-chain identity can serve real-world micro-economies. Today, I’ve successfully deployed and activated the first Autonomous RWA Agent for EGGPLAN (Poultry Micro-Economy Infrastructure).

Technical Highlights of the PoC:

  1. Sovereign Identity (ERC-8004): I bypassed centralized UIs to perform a sovereign minting of an Agent Identity (eggplan.openclaw.gno) directly via local Python scripts on Gnosis Chiado.
  2. Autonomous Heartbeat Monitoring: The agent is now capable of autonomous data orchestration. I’ve successfully simulated a “Heartbeat” test where the agent fetches RWA sensor data (Temperature & Egg Production) and verifies its operational status on-chain.
  3. Decentralized Metadata: All cybernetic visual assets are anchored on IPFS, ensuring that the biological asset’s digital twin remains under full developer sovereignty.

Why this matters for Gnosis 3.0 in APAC:
This implementation proves that high-level abstract concepts like “RWA Data Infrastructure” can be built with low-barrier entry using Gnosis’s robust developer tooling. It shifts the narrative from “User as a Consumer” to “User as an Architect” of their own micro-economic data.

I’m moving forward with Phase 2, focusing on Agent Brain (LLM) Integration for automated decision-making based on these on-chain data flows.

[Update] PoC Success on Chiado & The Evolution of EGGPLAN Narrative

I’m excited to share that I have successfully deployed the EGGPLAN Agent on Gnosis Chiado (Tx Hash: 0x6723…).

Technical Milestone:

  • Successfully implemented ERC-8004 for sovereign identity.

  • Verified the “Heartbeat” of the agent, simulating RWA data ingestion (Temp/Production) directly from a local environment.

Strategic Pivot: Gamified RWA Layer Listening to the recent Core Devs Call (March 18) regarding the stability of Chiado and the move towards Fusaka, I am refining the EGGPLAN roadmap. To accelerate APAC adoption, we will introduce a Gamified Layer.

Executive Summary

EGGPLAN is a Real-World Asset (RWA) data infrastructure project designed for the poultry industry in the APAC region, built on the Gnosis Chain ecosystem. In Phase 1.5, we introduce the Gamified Layer as a critical intermediary step. This gamification is not just for entertainment; it serves as an educational tool and a demand aggregator, bridging the “empathy gap” between digital-native communities and physical-first farmers.

By leveraging biological constraints within the game mechanics, we create a high-empathy user experience that naturally introduces Web3 concepts like sovereignty, liquidity, and tokenization without requiring initial technical overhead from physical farmers.

A. Sovereign Identity (ERC-8004)

Every asset in the ecosystem, from a digital egg to a cybernetic hen, is anchored by a unique, user-controlled identifier (ERC-8004). This ensures that ownership data is never custodial. Our successful Proof of Concept on Gnosis Chiado [Tx Hash: 0x6723…] validated the independent deployment and maintenance of these agent identities.

B. IPFS Metadata Sovereignty

Asset visuals and critical biological attributes are permanently anchored on IPFS, ensuring data integrity and decentralized access.


:video_game: 2. The Gamified Layer (Phase 1.5)

To address the educational friction and operational barriers, the Gamified Layer will simulate the poultry life cycle on-chain, preparing the ecosystem for massive RWA data influx.

A. Mechanical Workflow (Biological Constraints)

The game loop strictly adheres to real-world biological constraints (e.g., incubation time, feeding frequency, maturity stages).

  1. Stage 1: Egg (Asset Acquisition):
    Users acquire a digital ‘Egg’ (an ERC-721 or ERC-1155 token on Gnosis Chain). This represents a “reservation” or “quota” of future physical production capacity.

  2. Stage 2: Chick (Nurture Stage):
    Eggs require interaction to hatch. Users must ‘Nurture’ the asset, which may involve small interaction fees (for feeding/cleaning) that go directly into the project’s liquidity pool.

  3. Stage 3: Hen & Rooster Branch (Specialization):
    Mature assets are categorized:

    • Hen (Productivity Branch): Focused on laying new digital eggs (data points), creating continuous utility.
    • Rooster (Expansion Branch): Essential for the ‘Breeding’ mechanic, which requires a Hen and Rooster pair to generate new primary assets (Eggs).

The ecosystem requires an internal unit of value to incentivize behavior and coordinate data flows. We introduce the FLY Token (initially an in-game point system, potentially convertible upon mainnet migration).

A. FLY Token Utility

  • In-Game Currency: Required for ‘Breeding fees’, advanced ‘Nurturing kits’, and access to premium data dashboards.
  • Micro-Loans to RWA Farms: In Phase 2, the game liquidity pool (funded by feeding/cleaning fees) can be used to provide micro-loans to actual physical poultry farmers for technological upgrades. In return, the farm pledges its production data and output to the EGGPLAN ecosystem.

  • Phase 1.0 (Proof of Concept): [COMPLETED] - Successfully deployed Agent Identity & verified Heartbeat on Gnosis Chiado.
  • Phase 1.5 (Gamified Layer Deployment): Launch the biological life-cycle game on Testnet to build community and initial data sets. Focus on UI/UX with high empathy.
  • Phase 2.0 (Physical Farm Integration): Connect the game dashboard to live RWA sensor data (e.g., temperature/humidity) from partnered poultry farms in APAC. Users who ‘Nurture’ cybernetic hens can directly fund improvements on physical farms.

Visionary Statement

“EGGPLAN does not just tokenize assets; it creates the first decentralized, gamified coordinate system for micro-economic biological data. By onboarding internet-native users through empathy and play, we generate the demand and infrastructure needed to bring the physical poultry industry into the Gnosis Agentic Economy.”

The goal is to onboard “Internet-native” users first through a life-cycle game (Egg → Hen) that uses biological constraints, which will later serve as the data visualization layer for actual physical poultry farms. This reduces the friction of Web3 education for farmers by creating the demand side first.
