parlaywith.me seems like an interesting way to emphasis on the p2p betting aspect. It can be easily build on top of Gnosis - and with Gnosis it would be possible to have 3rd party oracles but it is also possible for one of the parties to be an oracle.
If we do it we should probably use an existing communication infrastructure like whatsapp/telegram or Twitter.
