We would like to announce that SEEDLatam supports GIP-91 proposal for GnosisDAO’s integration with Centrifuge Prime
Rationale:
From SEEDLatam we recognize that Centrifuge has extensive experience in the RWA business and that it’s an interesting opportunity to expand the Gnosis ecosystem and make a partnership with a strategic player.
We also believe this is a great way to diversify treasury assets and generate another source of yield to feed the treasury respecting the purpose of generating the greatest benefit with the least risk.
Although the support of the DAO’s treasury managers is essential, we greatly appreciate the commitment of the Centrifuge team to create spaces for information and debate for the next stage of the proposal.
Conclusion
We have decided to vote FOR the GIP-91 and look forward to providing feedback for the legal structure if necessary.
