# Simple Summary
This proposal asks GnosisDAO to fund a dedicated, Gnosis dashboard on Alphaday to unify governance, ecosystem activity, and developer infrastructure into one modular interface that reduces coherence friction, sharpens real-time visibility, and drives stronger participation, retention, and onboarding across GnosisDAO.
# Rationale and Motivation
Alphaday aims to remove entry barriers to the Gnosis ecosystem for broader adoption by mainstream consumers, experienced users, developers, and others.
Our market research shows most crypto participants juggle 6–10 browser tabs just to track prices, news, social feeds, and governance, which is why many users describe Alphaday as a “tab killer”; by placing proposals, deadlines, and discussion threads alongside market data, core applications, and community channels, the dashboard makes governance more accessible, connects previously siloed apps, and gives community members a workspace where opportunities for involvement surface without needing to search across multiple tools.
As Gnosis Chain consolidates toward scaling consumer applications and expanding its ecosystem, essential entry points—apps, governance, metrics, documentation, and funding—remain scattered across disconnected platforms, creating barriers for mainstream users, developers, and contributors alike.
The Alphaday Gnosis dashboard is designed to improve UX. By aggregating into one platform, Alphaday creates what we call visibility architecture—a framework where users can see, at a glance, how the pieces of an ecosystem connect. When payments, DeFi, AI, public goods, infra, and privacy tooling all sit within the same interface, the practical utility of GNO, as also its revolutionary offerings, becomes self-evident.
Alphaday’s modular architecture means the dashboard can adapt to new products, upgraded tooling, and emerging governance processes as they appear. The system grows with the ecosystem: components can be added, removed, or reconfigured as Gnosis evolves, while the overall experience remains coherent and familiar to users.
The dashboard is battle-tested across numerous ecosystems, and immediately valuable to every stakeholder. We’ve personally been a part of the Gnosis ecosystem since its inception, with Alphaday using Safe for treasury management. We believe in the ecosystem mission and we are motivated by the idea that Alphaday strengthens participation in the Gnosis/GNO ecosystem, improving coordination, and supporting a more unified user experience in accordance with the more consumer-facing future that Gnosis community is steadily building towards.
The dashboard is (and will always be) free to use for the end-user.
# Specification and Timeline
Estimated duration: 2 months
We would like to create a GNO ecosystem dashboard that aggregates the following information into a single Gnosis community dashboard:
-
News: A feed of all mentions of Gnosis from Coindesk, Cointelegraph, and 20+ other news aggregated from across the internet. Podcast feed featuring GNO/Gnosis
-
Information: Gnosis Documentation directory, FAQs, whitepapers, GNO tokenomics information.
-
Governance: Integration with Gnosis Governance Forum to show the latest and trending discussion topics, active and past proposals, voting deadlines, delegate activity tracking.
-
Community: The latest Gnosis official announcements and blog post content. Discord/Reddit feeds.
-
Events & Calendar: Governance votes, meetups, conferences, hackathons with bounties, AMAs.
-
Developer Resources: Tools, sample code, tutorials, guides, grants & bounties, and any other resources that can help developers build on Gnosis.
-
Ecosystem Data: Live GNO spot price chart, TVL data via DefiLlama, categorised links and descriptions of Dapps, products and services offered in the Gnosis ecosystem (payments, DeFi, AI, public goods, infrastructure, privacy).
Implementation
-
Weeks 1–2: Scoping phase led by our Program Manager in coordination with GnosisDAO contributors to confirm key data sources, governance feeds, and app categories for the dashboard.
-
By Week 4: Backend team integrates selected sources into our ingestion layer, implementing connectors for governance, social signals, and chain stats. Normalisation scripts standardise inputs into our unified schema.
-
By Week 7: Frontend developer builds the first dashboard iteration using Alphaday’s modular system. This includes arranging widgets into a clear information structure suited to Gnosis workflows, tagging, deduplication, and QA-backed validation for API stability and schema coherence.
-
By Week 8: Final dashboard is deployed and actively marketed. Feedback is gathered for iteration. Marketing ensures visibility across Gnosis and Web3. Ongoing QA ensures stability while the Program Manager curates new sources and coordinates future updates. This process delivers a technically robust, easy-to-work-with dashboard that continuously evolves with the Gnosis ecosystem over time.
# Budget Breakdown
2,500 DAI + 30 GNO
For three developers (frontend, backend, QA) to build and deploy the dashboard, integrate Snapshot governance data, and ensure technical reliability.
1,200 DAI + 10 GNO
For one program manager to handle ecosystem research, data-source validation, and coordination with GnosisDAO contributors.
400 DAI + 4 GNO
For one marketing specialist to support launch visibility and drive distribution across Gnosis channels and broader Web3 channels.
Total Requested Budget: 4,100 DAI + 44 GNO
