Troubled by realT?

Hello Gnosis peeps!

Have any of you looked into RealT properly? I checked it out recently because the returns looked really high for real estate. I was visiting Detroit (where most of the properties are) and decided to just drive around a bit. I looked at 40-50 of the properties in person, and most look abandoned. How are they netting 10-15% after costs if no one lives there?

I also went to the municipal center and almost all of the properties I checked were delinquent on tax status or in active forfeiture. At least many were obviously owned by RealT (or at least by companies that are likely affiliated, such as Michigan Real Token I, II, or III). I have pictures from the visited properties and also the property tax excerpts, happy to post if someone is interested.

Would appreciate thoughts & a response from the RealT team also.

Hey,

I have been looking at RealT’s project and I would be interested in this feedback…

would be nice if you can post some of your pictures.

Did you view any of the financial details for the listed properties? They spell out how they plan to achieve the target ROI.

Rather than driving by, it would probably be much more effective to call the property manager and pose as an interested tenant, see if you are quoted rent rates that match what is advertised on the RealT website. You could also confirm occupancy that way.

Good evening, I am on RealT since the beginning of 2021

After many years of experience and having invested little by little a lot of money, it is still going well, the returns have decreased because there is more competition for the type of property that RealT buys

There has been every payment since forever,

there are community calls every 2 weeks in English and French, where everyone can ask questions

I am also an influencer for them, I will forward your message if the RealT team wants to answer!

Do you have an official representative who can answer some questions?
