What is an address whitelisted?

Hi, I’m using dappnode to run a Gnosis node.
I’m followin all steps to complete the setup.
I’ve deposited into https://deposit.gnosischain.com/ 4 GNO.
In the second tab, I see the following error message :
This address can not be used. Reason: address is not whitelisted
What can I do ?

second tab is only relevant if you purchased a dappnode at https://dappnode.com/ with an incentive program giving you some Gno to start validating.

sorry, but the reason can’t be drawn from this pic, you have to look at your logs, also make sure you have opened the necessary ports (this took me the most time when setting it up, had to change my modem cause the branded one I used to have didn’t allowed me to configure it manually). For validator related issues it’s best to join discord (Gnosis Chain🦉) like @jbradach already recommended, there is a dedicated validator channel.
