Introduction

We are Blockworks Research, a team of expert analysts that delivers institutional-grade, data-driven research and analysis for L1s, L2s, DeFi, infrastructure, and gaming/consumer applications. Additionally, we are active in protocol governance as major delegates in Arbitrum, Uniswap, Wormhole, Jito, and more. Blockworks Research’s mission is to enable DAOs to reach their full potential by helping inform protocol structure, strategy, treasury spending, and community development. Through rigorous research and dialogue, we help those in governance stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry.

Some of our most notable accomplishments:

  • Arbitrum Research and Development Committee: We’re actively on call for any proposal or program that needs analysis. We’ve released waves of incentive analysis programs where we investigated the quantitative impact of incentive programs alongside operational structure analysis. We have effectively saved Arbitrum $1.3M in fund mismanagement.

  • DAO Structure Advisory: Consulting for operational structures within Arbitrum, Jito, and Uniswap. Delegate, Developer, and Community call hosting as well.

  • Polygon Grant Program Management: We are active on a committee for grant oversight and management where we’ve processed over 200 grant applicants – and counting.
